Pensa is looking for a couple of great people to join the team. Currently we have an opening for Senior Design Researcher and a Design Engineer. Briefly...We are seeking candidates who can contribute their skills and talent to our strategy, design teams. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, articulate, visual, pro-active, and who has a positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Candidates must have a college degree and 5-8yrs relevant experience. Have what it takes? Come join us!

Research: Responsibilities will include organizing and managing research and strategy related projects, team development, story-telling, and client communication. Organizational, writing and strong computer skills are a must.

Engineer: Responsibilities include creative problem solving, CAD part development to production, mechanism design. Ability to manage own time and small teams a must. Shop skills, CNC, 3D Printing, basic electronics, Arduino and programming a big plus.
